Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

Хозяева организовали всё необходимое. Рекомендуем для семейного отдыха. Обязательно приедем еще. Very hospitable staff. Excellent location: just a few steps from the sea and the city center. Slept wonderfully to the sound of the waves. The breakfast was delicious and hearty. The hosts provided everything we needed. Highly recommend for family vacations. We will definitely come back.

amazing location overlooking the sea. you can see batumi and the snow covered mountains. the building has a very cool kind of art deco vibe. big rooms and huge bathroom. the staff were kind and helpful. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. it was a very relaxing, peaceful stay and we will definitely go back.
