We visited 3 islands and Milos was our last at this hotel. Honestly so happy about how we ended our trip. The hotel is located conveniently next to the port. Our ferry arrived late to milos so this was amazing for us to walk to (less than 10m). The manager kindly greeted us outside his working hours just to show us the way to our room. Honestly very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews here we took a chance and glad we did. Turned out to be the best quality/price hotel we booked out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Greece. Of course this is not top luxury star hotel but we had a spacious and very clean room, no bugs/dirty work traces, very confortable beds, beautiful view, beautiful pool area even if it was closed during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

We were a group of 4 girls. We had a lovely stay in this property. Despite our hesitations due to the previous reviews, the apartment was clean and the utilities were as described. The owner met us and helped us with our bags and there were cleaners in each day. We had great stay here and would recommend!!

Marianna and her family's help was invaluable. She puts her heart into making your stay special. Such people are a treasure. The apartments are clean ... have their charm .... They are fully equipped. Nothing is missing. The view is breathtaking. The singing of birds wakes you up. I wholeheartedly recommend it. We will definitely go back there. ❤️

What’s not to like? everything was perfect! my ferry to milos was cancelled last minute and i was only able to arrive one day later at the hotel. I was able to contact the property to keep the booking for me. On arrival, i was greeted by Dmitri, who was very kind and helpful, he was always there to help and responded to messages promptly. The location in Pollonia is amazing, very quite and peaceful area away from the crowd, the beach is only a stone’s throw away. The suite was exactly like the pictures, clean, quite spacious for a studio, comfortable bed with selection of pillows that you can choose, and i like that there’s fan available which i used every night instead of the A/C. I also used the induction cooker regularly to prepare simple meals. Breakfast is available to order for €15, which i had on the first day delivered to the room, and it was so good! So many options to choose, and they were really delicious and filling, i ended up keeping some for next day as i couldnt finish them all. Unfortunately a lot of restaurants in Pollonia (and other places too) were closed by the time i got there (19th-23rd Oct), luckily i rented a car and was able to buy some food from the supermarket about 20mins away by car. It was also very windy during my stay, so although there’s private balcony facing the sea, i couldnt really use it, but you cant do anything about the weather. I really enjoyed my stay that i decided to extend another night, and i was so elated to know that the owner allowed me to stay another night without additional charges because i missed one night stay earlier due to my ferry cancellation! I couldn’t be happier with the hospitality provided by Perla Suite, indeed the best stay i had during my 4-week trip to Europe!

EVERYTHING! It was perfect. Elena is an amazing host! She’s available, friendly, gives tips and recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. She even organized the car rental for us. We were upgraded to a very nice and specious deluxe room with balcony on 2nd floor. A bottle of rose was waiting for us in studio as we checked in. - Spacious room, comfortable bed, balcony, AC - Kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove top, kettle, coffee machine, utensils, etc. - A basket that is refilled every day with : biscottes, jam, oatmeal, coffee capsules, etc. - Very clean room! Cleaning lady does a fantastic job. Towels are changed regularly, towels and bed linen smell wonderful! - A few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, market, homemade pâtisserie place.

The apartment is fantastic! We had a balcony the sea, perfect for breakfast and aperitivo:) 5 minutes walking to a nice beach with a bar and less than 5 minutes by scooter from Pollonia. Daily cleaning and always nice people!
