This place has an unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry and super easy to find. Being right across from Avra Beach makes it so convenient—you can literally just walk out and pop over to the sand. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff were awesome! Aegina is a beautiful island, and I'm definitely coming back. When I do, I'll absolutely be staying here again!

Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

Everything was perfect; Stefanie is a superhost. Nothing to add, only to recommend. To enter and leave the car park isn’t difficult. You just need to look at the mirror in front of the road to see if the road is clear. It’s well indicated. It’s convenient, close to everything, quiet, the trash is removed everyday and it’s super clean. Thank you for the best vacations ever on Aegina.

It have an amazing view on the small picturesque port The staff was super friendly and the also managed to find us a car to rent during winter when most of the car rental are closed.

The apartment is spacious and modern and provides everything you need. It is in a walking distance to town and has a beautiful beach right outside across the street. The terrace is big and offers space for sun bathing or a long breakfast together. We were happy about the fresh fruit and basic breakfast supply. The host is super responsive and provides you with a lot of information about what to do on the beautiful island. Highly recommend!!!
