It was in a really nice and quiet place! Close to the sea side yet on a hill. One felt as if we were in a village, in nature - I loved it! The nearby village was onlh 3 min by car and in the morning one could go and get nice Freddo espresso coffee and the tasty traditional Greek pies: bougatsa, spanakopita, tiropitaetc. The house was spacious, clean, the owners were so kind and always smiling and welcoming! Truly like one’s own family!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront apartment — it truly exceeded our expectations! The location is unbeatable: right on the first line by the sea, with breathtaking views of the water from both the balcony and the living room. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a dream! The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. The beach is just a few steps away, and the area is quiet, safe, and perfect for children. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and a playground, all within walking distance. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing seaside escape with all the comforts of home. We’ll definitely come back!

We didn't order а breakfast. The apartment has a kitchen that has all the comforts, a microwave oven, a toaster, and other electrical appliances and a coffee machine. Also coffee, tea, honey and other things. The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of cold wine The hosts were very nice and kind. They went out of their way to prepare the apartment for us to check in earlier. There are all kinds of amenities in the apartment - from household products to cosmetics for you such as shampoos, gels, beach creams, mosquito spray and whatever you can think of. The house is close to the beach and the main street with restaurants and is also in a quiet and peaceful location.

    We had the best time! The place is beautiful and very comfortable and stylish. The beach area and the garden are great. There are only 4 apartments which makes the place very private. The private beach is beautiful, especially at sunrise. It is not the ideal blue water that Sithonia is famous for, but very close to the place there are other beaches. I would definitely recommend.

    Cosy apartment with a picturesque view of the sea, situated in a quiet and charming complex of houses with many recreational facilities for adults and kids. The hosts are friendly and helpful and take great care of the property. We loved the semiprivate beach with umbrellas and sunbeds and really enjoyed the kayaks. Nearest village Pyrgadikia is a couple minutes away by car and has wonderful tavernas, cafes and a stocked supermarket.

    A wonderful, quiet place, a real retreat. You fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up the same way. On the other side of the hill that can be seen in the photos, there are prepared beaches, if you don't want to stay on the beach in front of the accommodation. The owners are nice and kind.

    Perfect place just on the beach, very calm, away from all the crowded. We enjoyed the game room with table tennis and also had fun with free canoes on the beach. Easy to reach with your own car, no problem with parking. Nearest village Pyrgadikia had everything we needed, perfect restaurants, cafes, a market and a bakery, just a few minutes away.

    Feel like we are at home, comfortable and have everything needed. In front of small private beach, also near to many other nice beaches, restaurants and bars which could be reached by car. So nice and careful hosts, thanks for good time at The Yellow Houses!

    Very quiet place just in front of the seaside. The closest village is in 10 minutes walk distance and has a lot of places for lunch/dinner. Sea itself is amazing here, you have two beaches in 1-3 minutes walk and one very long sandy beach just 5 minutes drive away. The host was very careful and responsive, always make sure that you're comfortable here and have everything you need. Will def stay here again.
