We absolutely loved these rooms at the beach. It is very clean, completely renovated and there is much space. There is a perfect small modern kitchen with everything you need. Beds and shower are great. What makes this place the best is the vibe at the beach bar. All the staff is so kind and made us feel very welcome. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast there. Good quality for a good price.

We had a wonderful time! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, such genuine hospitality is rare. We've been to Greece several times, but this was by far the best experience! The accommodation isn't a flashy, newly renovated place, but that's exactly what we liked about it – it's honest, simple, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Sometimes, less is more, and that truly applied here. We really hope to come back again, and we'd like to say a big thank you for everything!

The infinity pool is spectacular! great choice for breakfast. We have eaten only once in the hotel restaurant. It is a bit expensive with only upper class wine choice but still worth to spend at least one evening.

Everything about the property was excellent, great kitchen equipment and an excellent location, very close to the village square. I sugested to Mr Makarounis that it would be good to have 2 sun beds for the very large terrace area and he went off to buy them straight away.

A great place to stay on the beach in the southern Peloponnese. The modern villas are on the beach and we spent the days relaxing on the patio overlooking the gardens, olive groves and the sea or swimming on the beach just steps away from our door. The villas had everything we needed for a short stay including a simple kitchen, and is a short drive from a wide selection of great tavernas and cafes. Out host met us at the property and clearly explained everything clearly and the wonderful cleaner, Mrs Voula, came everyday to check if there was anything we needed. We have come away refreshed and relaxed.

The owners are extremly nice and they where so warm and helpful. The view is absolutely amazing and the house is very nice. There is an amazing private beach directly at the house, you just have to go down steps from the Hill. It is my second time there and I would always come back.

The location is spectacular. I only had to walk a couple of minutes to be on the beach. The apartment had a small terrace only for us, and we could park right next to the house. The house itselt was perfect, although the cupboards were completely empty (meaning no instant coffee or tea, or salt/pepper/oil). The bathroom has a large shower and was very comfortable. I woke up to see the sunrise and there was NOBODY on the beach, which made it priceless. Going to Koroni for dinner took a 15 minutes ride and the town is adorable. Breakfast at Peroulia's house beach restaurant was delicious.
