Extremely nice family run spot with a lot of detail for Greek interior architecture. Very clean appartments. Only a few small houses with roof terrace. Calm place to relax. Very close to the beach. Greengrocer and local store less than a minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay in our room which was very nice and clean, with a good sized terrace and fantastic view to the sea and the sunset! Mr Loukas, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Overall our stay at Makares exceeded our expectations and we will definitely book again whenever we visit Donousa! Highly recommend it!Guest review bychristinaYoung couple
