Elia Sea View Apartments 2 feels like you are at home - everything family need is available. Very tide and clean. With most beautiful sea view for morning breakfast and coffee. and also for sunsets and evening yoga. Closes beach is nice, bit of rocky, but useful for the days you want to rest more. On the other side, very close are most beautiful beaches of Sithonia, 5-10 min driving.

The place is very beautiful and provides an excellent holiday. The apartment is nice and comfortable. The beach is narrow, however it is perfect for snorkelling (very beautiful underwater surrounding). The place is perfect for a wonderful family holiday. The staff was extremely polite.

We liked the furniture Equipment, everything is New and was just built, there was everything we needed to cook with the baby, we were provided with a Baby bed, perfect location, everything close on foot (Bakery, butcher etc.) There is a small beach with small stones in Front of the building, in went there some times. The balcony had Glas so we enjoyed the nice view of the Sea even from the living room and the balcony was Safe for our Baby to play. There were complimentary drinks and Snacks from the owner and the communication with him was perfect. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there!

Incredible location - 10 steps to the private beach, with private umbrellas and sunbeds. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. It exceeded my expectations.

All is very clean, every day you get new towels and room cleaning. Location is next to the best beach for kids. Livari is great with all what one family needs for holiday. Owners are really pleasant people what is very important when you go on type of accomodation like this.

Beautiful flat with a fully equipped kitchen. Have a nice balcony to eat meals. Located near the coast, the beach is a few steps ahead. Directly on the shopping street, you can walk and enjoy the city in the evening. Very kind and supportive hosts. Thank you especially to Konstantina and fluent English speaker cleaning ladies. They are great people. We felt like we were at home.

Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea. The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves. I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines. Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless. It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.
