This is a very special villa. Located just above the incredibly pretty village of Lakka on the northern end of the paradise island of Paxos, it commands panoramic views but is within easy walking distance of the many w welcoming tavernas, restaurants and shops. We took binoculars and had many entertaining hours watching the yachts and fishing boats in the bay. Full of Sea House is utterly charming, clearly a much loved Greek family house and presented with a deco feel. Beautiful old pieces of furniture and pieces of art. We came from the UK, Canada and Greece to meet up for a post pandemic family reunion and we couldn’t have found a more perfect villa. A little swimming beach is just below the villa on the azure bay and it was utter joy to sit with our family around the table on the spacious terrace, eat, drink and make merry. Elaini was a delightful host. She lives nearby and was on call without being in the slightest bit intrusive or invading our privacy. Finally - I doubt it’s possible to find a better equipped villa. Absolutely everything we needed or desired was in place. From good kitchen equipment, various coffee making options, laundry facilities, sharp knives! and copious fluffy towels..

Beautiful property in the south of Paxos. The room was very cozy and spacious and had everything you need, even if you want to cook some meals (plates, cutlery, dishsoap). We got some welcoming treats as well, such as cookies, fresh water and cold drinks in our fridge. Everything is clean and smells nice and you can see that all is treated with care and attention to detail. You have AC which is very important and some electric insect repellent. You also get some towels to use in the pool or beach, which are very handy. The bathroom is spacious and also the kitchen/living room. You have some chairs outside as well and also a drying rack. The breakfast is simple but good and is served by the pool in a fantastic space, with great views. The pool is more gorgeous than it looks in the photos and the surrounding space is beautifully decorated, with wooden comfy sunbeds, ethereal curtains flying in the wind and plants and flowers around. It’s perfectly located because it catches sun until late afternoon. The location of the property for us was perfect. It is outside Gaios so it’s very peaceful but if you want to go to the village it’s just under 10 minutes drive. I don’t think you can explore Paxos without a car, so this is just a detail. You can walk to Mongonissi bay which has warmer waters and 2 restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. You also park for free inside the property. Finally, Vali was an incredible host. She was very nice and available to answer our questions. I highly recommend!

The location is absolutely fantastic, right above a picturesque beach and just a short drive or a nice walk from Gaios. The facilities were all lovely, and the room was always spotlessly clean, neat, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made each moment special. What made it even better were the little details — like the welcome treats (limoncello ❤️) waiting for us in the room. Breakfast was also super nice, with lots of fresh, tasty options every morning. But what truly makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. From the very first moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we felt completely at ease, warmly welcomed, and genuinely looked after. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect — always available, always kind, and always one step ahead. The Villa looks over the most beautiful bay and is located in a lovely part of southern Paxos, with its own pool. Such a gorgeous location. We loved watching the boats come in and swimming in the nearby beaches too. The property was very comfortable for a family of 4, fully equipped to cook with air conditioning, wifi, bbq and outdoor seating. The host went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay in Apr/May 2025. The hosts were super nice and helpful! The villa is very comfortable for a family of 5. It has all equipment needed and even more (e.g. two types of toasters and two coffee machines). The pool was perfect for kids and for a swim. The view from the villa is amazing. All in all, a wonderful experience on a relaxed and beautiful island. Recommend renting a car from Gaios to move around the island.

We like location, it’s amazing! Also clean , we had everything we need in our apartment. Lady Nikki was very friendly and gave us all information about island. We also did early check in, it was very kind , because our ferry arrived early and we didn’t have to wait somewhere else until room will be ready . Small beautiful beach it’s just in front of the road .

This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The house is spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The large pool, maintained with sea salt, was crystal clear and refreshing, without the unpleasant smell of chlorine. The property is set on a secluded hill, offering breathtaking views over the sea and the island of Antipaxos. Surrounded by pine trees, it smells of both the forest and the sea, creating a truly unique atmosphere. We also loved seeing wild pheasants wandering around the area – such a charming detail. Mr. Nikos was extremely kind and attentive, and we really appreciated the excellent bottle of wine left for us as a welcome gift. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable stay on Paxos.
