The location is great and we found everything as described. Most of all we loved the fantastic view, the big terrace and the private beach. The appartment is very clean and modern, the kitchen is well equipped. Every room has a good working air condition. The village is small and original, not many tourists. We liked the little restaurants at the beach. For touristic attractions you need to ride quite a while, so the location is great for people who are looking for a quiet and calm vacation.

The hotel is right on the beach; the restaurant has good variety for breakfast. The room was great. We had some issues which were quickly addressed by the staff.

Restaurants with a wide variety of choices. The Layout the resort, very close to all the pools and the beach. And we loves the salted water pools. The staffs are very friendly. Shout out to Natia the front desk, and the short hair lady at the Avra dining.

The Lotus Serenity Executive Suite we stayed, was an excellent choice. First and the most important reason we enjoyed our holidays was the host. Mary and Stella with their family was one of the best hosts we have ever seen, very supportive, caring and warm. Just always near to help you with anything. The suite had a separate bedroom and a studio with kitchen, and the washing machine! All the facilities and amenities were just what we needed, as we were on holidays with kids. The beach with the location, sand, sun beds and very nice umbrellas are just what's needed for the sea holidays. Lotos restaurant owned by them is one of the best places to dine during every time of the day! Car rentals, restaurants, shops, kiosks, everything you could need is of a walking distance. We highly recommend the Lotos Serenity suites to everyone interested in perfect holiday!

We especially loved the beautiful garden, which added a peaceful and charming touch to the property. The location was perfect, right next to the highway, making it super easy to reach the town and the nearby beaches. The owners were kind and respectful, giving us plenty of privacy and not bothering us during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The location was great, right next to the beach and a half an hour walk from Heraklion although there are also buses that we didn't use. Mixalis was an amazing host and even helped us with our bags on the last day when our flight was in the evening. There is a restaurant close to the apartment too which does lovely sea food and has a really good atmosphere.
