Everything was perfect! Very nice, clean and comfortable house! The house is in a private area with free parking. There is a big and lovely garden when you could relax, make barbeque and have dinner. In the house everything is well organised - you could find everything for your vacation.

Incredible location - 10 steps to the private beach, with private umbrellas and sunbeds. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. It exceeded my expectations.

What not to like about this amazing beachfront house...!This property truly offers a slice of heaven on earth. Located in the best spot in Kalamitsi, right across the road from the beach, it combines convenience with stunning natural beauty. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The photos were accurate, but the reality was even better. The 2 bathrooms eere convenient. The well-equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and the short walk to local shops, cafes, and tavernas provides plenty of dining options. The patio is a delightful spot to relax, and when it gets hot, the big tree at the front offers cool shade, or you can enjoy the air-conditioned interior. The host's hospitality is outstanding – friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. Little thoughtful touches, like providing umbrellas and chairs for the beach, sun lounges, books in various languages, and games, made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is perfect for both relaxation and adventure, with easy access to swimming and a lovely atmosphere to unwind in. We had such a wonderful holiday here and can’t wait to return. Pelagos Paradise Seafront Villa is the ultimate beachfront retreat in Halkidiki – cozy, clean, and perfectly located. Highly recommended!

The studio is lovely and recently renovated (photos are an accurate representation) - ample space for us as a family with 1 toddler. There is a large balcony with direct sea view and a table + 4 chairs. Bed was very comfortable and the sofa is big enough to accommodate a person easily. Bathroom is convenient and modern (as the whole room is). The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, stovetop and necessary cutlery/plates/pans. Hosts had also stocked fresh cleaning supplies (kitchen sponge, cleaning liquid, bin bags). The hosts themselves are absolutely lovely people - very accommodating and pleasant (they can be found whenever needed in the gyros place downstairs). The studio is conveniently placed literally next to the beach and to the main restaurants (however, this doesn’t translate to uncomfortable noise - on the contrary, evenings on the balcony are quite pleasant). There is a smart TV with few channels (as far as we could tell) but with YouTube available. Wifi is quite good. A parking space (with a key) is provided but be aware it’s some distance away so advisable to offload luggage before Dimitris takes you there. Many thanks to Dimitris and his lovely mum (and all the juices she got our toddler) - we had an amazing time.

Excellent and exclusive accommodation. Very peaceful village. Ideal place for those looking for a relaxing holiday. The room was very clean and well designed. Self check in was no problem as the host sent clear instructions in advance. The view from the balcony was excellent. There is a lovely sandy beach right opposite the hotel with no stones in the sea. There are tavernas next to the hotel with excellent Greek food. We would love to come again.
