Everything was perfect: Very nice, comfortable, exceptionally clean and fully equipped accommodation with everything functional. Private parking. The beach is only a few steps in front equipped with property sun beds. The restaurant is open all day. We have tried different kinds of food and everything was delicious. The high hospitality of the hosts have additionally made our stay to feel like home. Big thanks to Theo, Ilias and all the staff. We have really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay! It was even better than we thought it would be, based on photos and other reviews. Location is great, right next to the beach, but also a great starting point to explore the whole of Pelion easily. The house itself is lovely, well equipped, especially the kitchen! We also loved the outdoor shower! And you have so many sitting options outside, 2 tables in the garden, and one on the upstairs terrace. If you have small kids, also ideal- our 3 and 5 year olds were so happy they didn't ask to watch a single cartoon episode during our 2 week stay. We can't wait to come back!

I was relieved and impressed that the owner, Aristoteles, picked me up from the bus station and showed me the way. I was also impressed by the beauty of the old and beautiful furnitures and hand-made bed sheets. It was super clean. The owner, Aristoteles, supported me already in advance with Information about my bus itinerary which helped me a lot.

Violetta is a very nice lady, she did everything, cleaned the room every day, tidied up, changed the towels, changed the sheets several times. The garden and the whole environment are beautiful.

Beautiful views of the sea from our room, can walk in directly to sea to swim, onsite cafe for variety of cocktails (some were Stathis’ own recipe), beers, wine and drinks, excellent sandwiches, omelettes and pasta of the day, sun loungers and different seating areas, good music that’s not played too loud, Nikos the server very polite and friendly, warm and helpful owners Stathis and his dad Niko and mom Eleni and giant mountain dog Thor, availability of parking, balcony and small side patio from our room on ground floor with sea view, great sunsets, 5-7 minute walk on the main road to Chorto with 2 restaurants and a cafe, 3-minute walk to Leda bar, restaurant and Casablanca Cafe. Bathroom had good storage and shower had very good pressure. We didn’t cook so cannot comment on the facilities but there is stove and full sized fridge. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay for a week.

really friendly staff (with warm, personal touch) and goes out of way to welcome us. he even shared his really good jumbo oboes with us. access to a secluded small private pebble beach with clear blue waters. great view of sea. located within an olive grove. it’s a place I wish I could stay a week and chill.
