Best hotel I've been to. 5 star employees. I don't think I've ever been treated so well as at the Nema Hotel. The facilities, the food, the location are excellent. And again, the employees are always willing to help and go beyond expectations. When I return to Crete I will stay at Nema 100% I was sorry to leave. It was a fantastic week

This has been our third consecutive year in this amazing location. The team is wonderful, the food is great and the facilities impeccable. Our son is very entertained by the water slides and evening kids program and highly motivated to eat his proteins and grow by next year, so he can slide on the older kids slides 😁. So yes, we’ll be back in 2026 as well. Looking forward. PS: it’s worth renting a car and doing the Sebi Submarine tour and the lemurs feeding at Amazonas Park Zoo

An absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—especially Maria at check-in, who made the whole process quick and pleasant. The resort itself is stunning, with amazing well-kept pools, including swim-out options that add a real touch of luxury. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for a seaside escape. We especially enjoyed the all-inclusive drinks at the bars—plenty of variety and great service all around. The meals were delicious, inspired by local Greek cuisine, offering a nice blend of traditional flavors and fresh ingredients. There’s so much more to love about this place: friendly vibes, great amenities, and a perfect setting by the sea. Highly recommend it for both couples and families.

The hotel re-opened at the beginning of July 2024. The modern look and feel is excellent, the pool and private beach have the best loungers ever, there's pool service with national and international drinks! The location is quiet and connected with a beach road. It's only 4-5K from Chersonissos. I enjoyed one of the best sunsets ever. What I really appreciated was the quality of the food; 5 restaurants with a la carte dinner at a very high standard; the fish was fresh and very tasty combined with healthy legumes, the meat restaurant offered a wide range of steaks (Tommahawk, filet pure,...), every restaurant has a wine list,... and all of this is included in the all inclusive package. The bar offers a wide variety of national and international drinks (not 1 kind of whisky but a choice of Irish, Scottish brands,... my favorite Grappa Nonino, cognacs, ...). I travel frequently but this kind of quality and choice is very rare, especially when drinks and food are all inclusive! I want to conclude with their sustainability vision; one of their strategies is to hire only local people which I endorse; although some of them sometimes need an extra minute to understand our (non-native) English or German, they bring joy with their smiles and friendliness; especially Barbara and Afrodite, you are the top of the top!

Super happy with the stay (family of five with teens) :) They should absolutely change the “main”-picture of the hotel from the water slides to one of the restaurants or bar’s (They deserve it) . The slides are a nice thing, but this resort is underselling by not focusing more on the other qualities). Fantastic beachfront, great pools with snack bars, and of course their choice of a la carte-restaurants and to much under-communicated. For instance the “Orama bar”. Fantastic (adults-only) bar with great atmosphere and view. Which we unfortunately “found” the last evening after a great dinner at the next door Italian Azzure-restaurant (Great Italian cuisine) :)
