Room: clean and comfortable. AC work properly. The view from the window was 10 out of 10, it was amazing to admire the sea and mountain at any time of the day. Great bathroom with everything you need. Staff: friendly, very kind, professional administration - quick check-in and check-out, were offered an upgrade to a premium room with a pool in the Residence, but we had a regular room booked, so we don’t know why we were so lucky… but it turned out to be the best option: peace, silence, beauty… We are very grateful! Food: delicious, you won't go hungry after.

It’s newly refurbished, huge rooms, beautiful views and directly on the beach ( lovely swimming spot.) It’s very quiet and great for chilling out and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, particularly Alexandra on reception. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Kolymbia, which has some great shops and again, is chilled out, not rowdy. We would definitely stay again!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful place — the vacation was simply amazing! Everything was absolutely perfect — cozy accommodation, very clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely and well-maintained area, and warm, welcoming hosts — a wonderful Greek family. There’s a bar with delicious cocktails by Mr. George, tasty fresh food, and the location is ideal. The sea is just a few steps away, with warm and crystal-clear water. We like everything about this apartment. It was big, very very clean i think one of the cleanest apartments i was till now. The location of apartment in on a quiet location but just 30s t the main road. To the first market you have also 30s ant 1min to the beach. Everything is in radius of max 2 min. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked just for 2 nights at first. But it was so nice that we asked them if we can stay longer and we stayed 2 more days. The last day we could left our staff there and go to the beach for a few hours before going home. If you’re in Stegna go there!!!!

Freshly renovated, everything is new, clean and well-maintained. The separate kitchen is a big plus. New, quiet, and clean air conditioning. Smart TV – you can connect any device. Fast Wi-Fi (50–100 Mbps). Washing Machine. The beach is just across the street — one house away (second row), no real walk needed. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive — I personally wish them only great guests!
