    It was a beautiful hotel; great pools, right on the beach and Kos Town was easily accessible either walking (about 40 minutes) or €8 for a taxi. We weren’t all inclusive so I can only comment on breakfast, which had lots of selections and we enjoyed. I would happily go back, I loved the view from our balcony. Room 401.

    A beautiful hotel with exceptionally large, luxurious suites. Beautifully located right on the beach in the old town. Wonderful service, delicious breakfast choices which were included. Fantastic and friendly service.

    The hotel and staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and it was brilliantly located right on the beach front with the most beautiful view. It was also well located in Kos town.

    The Hotel was in a great location for all the local amenities & right on the beach. Whilst to not being luxury, it was very comfortable & the rooms were very spacious with balconies, added bonus of aircon, needed in the 35 degree heat, included at no extra charge. Loved the swimming pool with sunloungers & umbrellas which never got busy, set in very peaceful gardens. Would highly recommend the Theodorou if you want to stay in a typical Greek hotel.

    Fantastic location- close walk down the road to Kos Town and right on the beach! There was a supermarket up the road too. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was also absolutely fantastic at responding to queries and did so extremely rapidly. We had a lovely time and would recommend this apartment!
