The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had. The hotel itself is elegantly and stylishly decorated, with a modern touch that adds to its overall charm. The rooms were immaculate and elegantly designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The spa was an absolute highlight—truly a sanctuary of relaxation with top-notch facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so special, providing a holistic spa treatment that included a massage, body scrub, and facial—it was an unforgettable experience. The pool area was equally impressive, with super comfortable lounge areas perfect for relaxing. Watching the breathtaking sunsets from the lounge chairs on the terrace was a magical experience I won't soon forget. The beach area was also stunning, with a beautiful aesthetic that reminded me of the Hamptons—chic, serene, and simply picturesque. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with absolutely everything one could ask for, making my morning a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a thoughtful, handwritten welcome note in my room, along with a gift of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The staff took the time to show me around and explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely at home. A special thanks to the Sarah, Kostas, Eleni and Olympia who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness were extraordinary! All in all, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay on Kos.

We stayed in Superior Double Room. The hotel is so clean, the decoration is so pleasant, olive trees are great .The cosmetics at the bathroom were good. The staff is friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was so delicious . We prefered salad & pizza at lunch time, they were also so delicious. The hotel is close to Kos center. We went to taverns for dinner by taxi. We immediately loved the place, its location, the garden, the building and the pool area. The owners greeted us with the biggest smile and made feel at home right from the word go explaining to us all about the site and the trips available on the island. I can highly recommend the Bodrum day trip which was organized at the reception without hesitation, it all went smooth and got picked up from resort and back. The apartment was fine, we had a lovely balcony and the place was absolutely spotless and got regularly cleaned … having had a car for a week and done so much around the island we literally only used the apartment for sleeping a e for showering ! A special thanks to the owners for being who they are … stay as you are, stay exactly as you are .. .. you re doing a great job there giving your guests the best of welcoming and the most enjoyable holiday ! Very quiet place with amazing sunset views, perfect to relax and we were received with lots of little deta and very friendly service! Highly recommended 😊

The staff were amazing, very pleasant to talk to and helpful with suggestions of where to eat, requested taxi, etc. They also gave me early check-in, which I was happy for after walking 15mins in the heat from the ferry port. The location was great, 10mins walk to town but it wasn't necessary. There was the hotel bar, and restaurants, cafes and convenience stores few steps away. The beach was literally across the street. The room was spacious and spotless, had all amenities (except shower cap), and there was a coffee machine with 2 complimentary pods. The balcony had table/chair to relax and enjoy sea view. Room service was daily, I was there for 2 days and didn't need, but I got fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious, good variety, everything was tasty and fresh. The pool was on the small side with covered loungers, still cozy. It's located at the back of the hotel surrounded by other tall buildings. There is a pool bar. I was very comfortable, had a great stay, and definitely recommend this hotel.
