Estella house is in a great location.Within short walk to restaurants,the ferry,beach,supermarkets.The apartment above the Cafe was perfect.It had all the amenities a traveller requires and the space was generous.Sitting out on the terraces at night was lovely.great views and shade when needed. Comfy beds good air-conditioned and useful washing machine all made our stay at Estells house memorable.Highly recommend.Im in my 70s so it was great to be able to walk to many different restaurants,the beach,the taverna and the bus was right outside if you wanted to explore the island further.Supplies available at supermarkets and great coffee downstairs. And the people in Lividia were so friendly

A lovely place with an amazing staff/family that runs it. Simple, clean and nice size of the room. Right by the beach walk and sun beds are included. I did not have the breakfast but the simple lunches I had in the snack bar was great. I like that they save the books from the earlier guests when you need options. Over the years I have tried a few hotels/rooms in Tilos and this place are for sure on my top 3 list.

Hotel with the absolute best location and view on Tilos. The view is AMAZING. Rooms are a little bit dated but very clean, cosy and comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay here. On my next to last day the hotel staff brought flowers to my room, what an incredible touch! The staff were super friendly and I felt taken care of. I felt like home and will definitely return. I had heard about Tilos being an exceptionally friendly island and this hotel proved it to 120%. Thank you, ILIDI ROCK. <3

Absolutely charming. Dimos and his family make this cute and comfortable hotel just exceptional! Personalized service they are just darling. Also, the best restaurant on the island. Truly a hidden gem. Beach is also one of the best, getting sun until past 7pm for a nice pre dinner dip. Rooms are simple yet comfortable. Bed perfect for me. Silent AC. Added bonus, balcony door has a mosquito screen. I came as a solo traveller for a week of calm rest and relaxation and it was divine. Met some lovely likeminded people there as well. Will be returning.
