Everything! It was clean, bright, quiet and most importantly in front of a great beach! Our room was cleaned daily and all staff and the landlady, Stella, was lovely and friendly.

Just 80 metres from Livadakia Beach, the Cycladic-style Serifos Palace features self-catered accommodation and a seafront restaurant.

Location is excellent. This is an unpreetentious accommodation in a very good and quiet side of the island. The furniture is not the newest but the room has everything you need. Excellent value for money (price is the lowest in the area) and I am happy to have found this low budget option.Will return soon!

A very nice place 50 m from the beach so easy for a lovely morningswim. A 15 min nice walk along the beach to the restaurangs in town. Clean nice rooms and so peaceful at the end of the livadibeach. The owners very nice and friendly and surprised Us with care every morning. A perfect place to stay for our first stop in the cyklades. Love to come back.

Location right on the beach with designated sun beds. Very clean hotel with lovely owners who do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Views from our room were fabulous.

Family run business, very friendly staff, I felt immediately very welcome taken good care of. Special requests (arriving earlier than set check in, leaving late) were accommodated easily. I also liked the fact that they are eco-friendly and the rooms were spacious. Excellent location.

Location is so beautiful right on the little bay in Livadakia. We had a quiet room on the top floor. Frixos looked after us on our early arrival and provided transfers to and from the port which was very much appreciated. The cafe has great food especially for breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Perfect location on the beach - just a 10 minute walk into town. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Food in the Taverna was excellent and expertly cooked by Mrs. Aphrodite and staff. Nefeli, Aldo, Claudia and the rest of the staff were very efficient and friendly at all times during our stay. Our apartment was cleaned daily to the highest standard.
