What an incredible boutique resort - the Akre! This place is stunning with a spectacular pool, views and location. There is even a beach that you can walk down to and take a dip in the gorgeous blue ocean! The staff are exceptional starting with the Manager, Eleni who is always there to support the guests and her team with every detail to make your stay an experience to remember. We loved Erisa the waitress at the restaurant who brought the BEST breakfast every morning to us. She was always smiling and very welcoming. In the late afternoons, the waiter Kosta would bring us wonderful drinks and had great recommendations around the island. The food was outstanding and the chef would pop out from time to time to check on the guests. I cannot recall his name but his food was awesome! We will definitely come back to this gorgeous place!

Dimitris was a great host! He was there within a few minutes of my call after we arrived a little early for check-in and gave some advice for restaurants, buses, etc. The location of the apartment is perfect. 2 minutes from Portara, Supermarket, buses, restaurants and the ferry port. The apartment was cleaned very well daily and the view from the balcony overlooking the sea and Portara was amazing! There is also a second balcony that has views up to the castle. It’s very quiet in the area at night so good sleep is no problem! I plan to return here to stay again! Thanks again Dimitris!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful with absolutely everything we needed. The view from the BIG patio was beautiful, perfect for watching the sunset in peace. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, with a big comfortable bed, kitchen with all of the basics, and good air-conditioning! The location of the apartment was perfect - a short walk to the port and all of the best restaurants/shops, as well as very close to the castle and temple. I would highly reccomend this apartment for anyone staying in Naxos! We hope to be back. Thanks again!

The property was IMMENSE. I mean, three bedrooms AND a living room. There was a terrace surrounding the villa, so you could find sun and shade at every hour of the day. Also two sunbeds. The view was amazing, we enjoyed the silence and the sunsets, while sitting at a table with some drinks. We had the sea visible on one side, and the mountain on the other. Marble EVERYWHERE! The facilities and the cleanliness were the top. We had floor covered with white Italian tiles. The host were awesome. We had a very warm welcome. They treated us with raki, mastiha, fruits, soft drink, wine, and so on, and so forth. They also saved us from starvation when leaving, with wonderful sandwiches and sweets for breakfast (the ferry company changed our timetable, ruining out opportunities for a meal before leaving). They also pointed us towards things to do on the island, which proved right on point. We would definitely stay here again and we totally recommend the property. You will need a car. But be warned, it's the kind of island where you NEED a car anyway to discover its beauty.
