From the moment we arrived Eleni, General Manager, and Staff made us feel at home. Eleni is a dedicated manager who will do anything to please her guests. She is warm and caring, while being professional and extremely efficient. Sophia and Debbie complemented Eleni, and were always responsive or our needs. Our room was clean, roomy, and airy. Our porch had the best view. The kitchen put out authentic well balanced food. The pool and bar area were beautiful and well maintained. Eleni communicated with us, and her responses were always quick and efficient. While I was ill the chef made me greek chicken soup for 4 days at Eleni's instruction. Socrates, Petra, Vasillis, and Max were excellent service people always assuring your every need was satisfied. Housekeeping was consistent and top notch. Akre Hotel is a Zen like Hotel, - quiet and relaxing for couples who want privacy and relaxation.

The stay could not have been better. The hosts went above and beyond to be helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The view from both balconies allowed a view of the sea, which was amazing to wake up to. The location was very convenient to the central bus station for transfers to the villages and to walk throughout Chora. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thank you so much, I can't wait to come back.

The room is lovely and comfortable. It has everything we needed and more -- a little fridge for fruit and snacks, guidance on the local supermarkets, a balcony on a pretty street, a nice shower, AC and a comfortable bed. It's right by a lovely beach and an easy walk to the port and to town, with great food options all around. Water on Naxos is not considered potable, and they included a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived.

Excellent staff! Wonderful rooms and breakfast. Hotel is just a few minutes walk to the centre. Their on site restaurant is exceptional.

We had a really nice stay in Panormos Hotel. The room was pretty,comfortable and clean. The position was perfect, silent by night but also close to Naxos Chora and Port (like 5-7 min of walk). Also, a big thank to Katerina for her kindness, for recommending good restaurants and places to visit!

We concur with all the prior reviews. Immaculately clean, tastefully refurbished, perfect location. Nice comfortable beds. We booked a room that we knew didn't have a view but had a nice big balcony that was the perfect place to relax after a hard day of doing very little. Melos and all the team, perfect hosts. Your efforts don't go unnoticed. Do definitely recommend. Think that covers it all 😎
