Location is very quietly situated: you only hear the sound of the waves of the sea and the birds... Annette, the host, was very, very kind and helpful with ideas what to explore. The apartments are centrally located to explore Mani. Swimming pool is comfortable, (lowest level is 1.30 m. deep). You find better restaurants in Aeropoli, 10 km drive. Clear seawaters (don't forget to bring swimming-shoes). It gave us a feeling of being: at the end of the world...

Right on the seafront, at the protected bay of New Itilo in Mani, lies the traditional hotel Itilo.

Perfect place. We had a lot of fun staying there. Clean and beautiful place, close to the sea, great location. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are spacious and large. The staff is lovely and kind. Especially Nikos, Angela and the owner Maria. highly recommend . We will definitely go back there.

The location was beautiful and the suite was huge. Everything had been thought of and it was exceptionally clean. It was a very peaceful experience away from towns full of tourists.

The breakfasts are delicious, but they were the same every day. Well-equipped kitchen in the room. The hotel has a swimming pool. There is an entrance to the sea near the hotel (literally behind the gate).

From the moment the host picked us up she made us feel very welcomed. The location of the suites was magical and extreamly private. Very close to the beach and although a bit rocky on the shore it was perfect for swimming with sandy bottom a few meters into the water. The apartment was newly renovated and had a very night kitchen to cook dinner. As one of the first people to stay here there were no reciews but after our stay I imagine this place will be extreamly popular and hard to book in the future. The most memorable stay in 2 weeks in Greece.

The room was spacious and bright. The studio had a small kitchen with coffee and tea making equipment. The bathroom was very chic. It had charm both the room and building. The view, however, was incredible. With easy access to the water. The location was centred in the town. With range of restaurants which pavlov explained about discounts. The whole area is a scene from a postcard that is very beautiful.

The place is spot on really neat clean new modern and stylish, amazing view over the sea with you can watch the sunset from the beautiful balcony, I highly recommend it.
