Fabulous breakfast, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Great views across the whole bay. Maria is an exceptional host in this family run hotel. We loved swimming in the sea every day despite the stony beach!

From the moment the host picked us up she made us feel very welcomed. The location of the suites was magical and extreamly private. Very close to the beach and although a bit rocky on the shore it was perfect for swimming with sandy bottom a few meters into the water. The apartment was newly renovated and had a very night kitchen to cook dinner. As one of the first people to stay here there were no reciews but after our stay I imagine this place will be extreamly popular and hard to book in the future. The most memorable stay in 2 weeks in Greece.

The venue on it’s own is unique, the private beach a huge plus but the hospitality is what makes this place so unique. We had a nice bungalow that has a sea view and covered parking.. The property has also got a south entrance which gives you easy access to the beach (walking distance). Next time we travel to Gythio we wouldn't hesitate to stay at CAVO GROSSO Bungalows again.

    The room was very comfortable with great view in front of the sea . The decoration was impressive and cosy , while the personnel was very helpful and kind and the sea food at the restaurant was great . I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoy full stay just 1 minute walk from a very beautiful beach for swimming
