The experience was amazing from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted and luggage taken to our room, and given a quick tour of the island on a map with recommendations for activities and eating out. Breakfast was second to none, and like nothing else. The room was spacious, comfortable and had excellent views. As well as this, we were a 30second walk from the beach with numerous restaurants, water-sports and shops. Car rental nearby was cheap and easy and allowed us to go round the whole island in just a day.

We had an amazing stay at this gem of a place in Santorini. Away from the crowds of the main town and located right in front of the famous black beach, it was perfect for morning swims and beach strolls. The location couldn’t be better—right on the main beach boulevard, with restaurants and shops just steps away, making everything super convenient without ever feeling crowded. The best part of it all was the incredible sea view—absolutely mesmerising, especially from the outdoor bed on the balcony. We couldn’t get enough of lounging there with a coffee and hearing the gently crashing waves in background. Pure magic. The accommodation was flawless—squeaky clean, super spacious, with a nice bathroom and shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable—as a light sleeper, I usually struggle, but I slept like a baby here. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with lovely personal touches: a generous welcome basket full of goodies (my son was over the moon!), a Nespresso machine, plenty of water bottles, and even cereals and milk to get us through our first breakfast. It made us feel instantly at home. A special shoutout to Mr. George, our host, who was an absolute delight—friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. He gave us excellent food recommendations (delicious and great value!) and helped us make the most of our short stay with tips that were spot on. We left relaxed, recharged, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a recharging Santorini stay with warm Greek hospitality.

The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave personalized recommendations for the island based on our interests and amount of time there. He even arranged for our transportation to the villa, a rental car, and a cruise. Convenient location to food and the beach.

We had an amazing couple of days at Sunhaus for our honeymoon. The apartment was really spacious, the kitchenette well equipped with everything you might need. There was everyday cleaning by a very lovely and friendly lady, which we didn't know was included but it was great. The location is perfect since you open the door and literally the beach is there, we could sit on the chairs outside and enjoy beautiful romantic sunrises, it was a dream!. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, markets and the bus stop just a few minutes walk. The communication with the owner was excellent and he also helped us to get a rental car for a very good price - standing the next day right on our doorstep! And we also would like to mention that the bed was very comfortable with nice feather pillows!!

The property was so great, the room was spacious clean comfortable and the air conditioner was a great addition. The breakfast was so nice every morning and the staff did everything they could to look after us in any way they could. The hot tub was lovely and the robes were a great touch. It was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. It’s very nice because it’s out of the way of Fira and Oia but also the bus is cheap and runs all day so access to the other towns is very easy and perissa is so beautiful with the beach and ancient ruins on the mountains. Thank you so much !! We will definitely be back, I can’t wait to come back.
