Staff was amazing!!! Could not do enough to make our stay perfect!!! Breakfast was brought to our room and was very delicious, and had plenty of items to enjoy. We arrived very early and were given a room to change in and lock up our luggage while the room was being prepared. Bags brought to our room , Manager came to the beach to let us know the room was ready!! A small handmade bouquet of flowers was delivered with breakfast for my wifes birthday along with a small bottle of wine! I dont think I would stay anywhere else but here on my next trip!!!

An absolute gem of a place located on a perfect black sandy beach. The host Christina was exceptional and her recommendations were spot on. We are a family of five so we had a twin room and a triple room which obviously are slightly larger and they were perfect. We will definitely go back again. Thank you xx

Kosta is a great host and very polite. We got two glasses of wine with the grapes the night  when we arrived. You can ask him everything he is willing to help. Apartment is clean, it looks same as it was on the photos. You need one minute to the beach and maybe 5 minutes to the Centre. Bakery is 2 minutes walk. We had an amazing stay at this gem of a place in Santorini. Away from the crowds of the main town and located right in front of the famous black beach, it was perfect for morning swims and beach strolls. The location couldn’t be better—right on the main beach boulevard, with restaurants and shops just steps away, making everything super convenient without ever feeling crowded. The best part of it all was the incredible sea view—absolutely mesmerising, especially from the outdoor bed on the balcony. We couldn’t get enough of lounging there with a coffee and hearing the gently crashing waves in background. Pure magic. The accommodation was flawless—squeaky clean, super spacious, with a nice bathroom and shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable—as a light sleeper, I usually struggle, but I slept like a baby here. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with lovely personal touches: a generous welcome basket full of goodies (my son was over the moon!), a Nespresso machine, plenty of water bottles, and even cereals and milk to get us through our first breakfast. It made us feel instantly at home. A special shoutout to Mr. George, our host, who was an absolute delight—friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. He gave us excellent food recommendations (delicious and great value!) and helped us make the most of our short stay with tips that were spot on. We left relaxed, recharged, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a recharging Santorini stay with warm Greek hospitality.

The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave personalized recommendations for the island based on our interests and amount of time there. He even arranged for our transportation to the villa, a rental car, and a cruise. Convenient location to food and the beach.

    The location was fantastic, right on the beach with a lovely pool at the rear of the hotel. The sun beds are Free on the beach as guests of the hotel. The location is perfect for all the restaurants along the seafront, the staff are so friendly and the hotel has a lovely friendly vibe! Will definitely return to stay at Sellada Beach.

    Location was perfect, right on the beachfront and close to amenities including the bus stop to Fira and other places! Seriously can't get better than this spot. The apartment itself is small but completely functional and basic - it covers everything you need for the stay ☺️
