We were charmed by the possibility of swimming very close - right behind the house. And balcony with a sea view. Everything is exactly lovely as it appears in the pictures! The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. There was a busy street in front of the house, but the rooms faced the sea and you couldn't hear the traffic. There was little space for the car, but the host helped with parking and everything went very well.

The location was perfect. Easy 5 min walk to town and wonderful swimming spot on 20 meters from the apartment. Amazing views of the garden, sea and distant mountains. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay- fridge/kettle etc.. sheets, towels & toiletries can be changed as you like. The owner attentive and available as you need. Check in easy with him. Excellent value for money.

The owners are keen to emphasise that this is a hotel, and it’s a point well made. It’s a hotel with extras. Hotel++, if you like. The extras are (at least in my room) the simple kitchen facilities - more than the kettle in the average uk hotel- as well as the delightful verandah, and also the lovely gardens dotted with chairs and loungers down to the beach. Equally, though, it means you don’t get an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen or a living room with sofa. I’m not complaining, just trying to adjust your expectations. I was very happy here, and would happily visit again. The owner was always courteous and helpful, and forgiving when I arrived very late. (Do watch out for the Petalidi turning off the main road. If you start going UP you’ve gone too far.) In a lifetime of travel there have been few places I’ve felt more tranquil than on my balcony at the Grekis hotel.

One of the best accommodations and places we have stayed in. Amazing location on the sea, beautiful independent quiet house with great interior and exterior design. Has everything you need , well equipped kitchen. Beautiful sunbeds on the beach. Great beach just for yourselves. Both Stavroula and Voula offered great hospitality. I would stay there again any time.

We was there with our small kid, and i can truly say that is a must stay for families... Pool was big enough.. The facilities was plenty Everything was clean and rooms was just perfect.. Food was unlimited... People was working there was friendly, kind, and ready to help us, with few words Greek hospitality beyond the limit.. We had a wonderful time! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, such genuine hospitality is rare. We've been to Greece several times, but this was by far the best experience! The accommodation isn't a flashy, newly renovated place, but that's exactly what we liked about it – it's honest, simple, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Sometimes, less is more, and that truly applied here. We really hope to come back again, and we'd like to say a big thank you for everything!
