Great location coming back from Islands or going to Islands. Great terrace and great equipped apartment. Fantastic friendly staff and very helpful. I highly recommend to stay there if you re planning a night in Rafina. Nice restaurants at the port. Walking distance from ferry is 5 minutes.

Communication with Alex was excellent. The location was perfect for an overnight stay before our early morning ferry and was excellent value for money. The apartment has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Alex organised a taxi from the airport and our driver was very helpful. 5 stars all round and highly recommended

Right across Galata bridge. You are 5 minutes walk from all the sites. Draw the curtains open and you see Hagya Sophia. The rooms are bramd new, thoughtfully fitted out The breakfast has a huge variety. Can't believe it's only 7 euro.

We stayed at Seaside Studio Meltemi for 2 nights as we were heading to Mykonos from Rafina Port. The studio is very cute, comfortable bed, hot shower, courtyard and right opposite the beach. There’s a washing machine (with detergent) and iron/ironing board, which was very handy for us as we had been travelling for a while, and we’re able to get all our washing done! The owners were so thoughtful with the setup, there were sandwiches made up and ready in the fridge, which we could toast in the sandwich press. There were also croissants, biscuits, orange juice, condiments, individual jams and honeys for toast. Very nice. We only had 2 nights but I think it would be a great place to stay for longer if you are in the area.

The apartment was very clean, we had 2 bedrooms for 4 persons, so no coach sleeping. AC was available in each room and the Internet over WiFi worked fine. The Kitchen was well equipped, clean and new. Located 25 min. from the airport.

Fabulous new property, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, and right next to the beach! A very nice beach too - sandy with beach bars, restaurants and loungers. Location could not have been better. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts - they were extremely kind and responsive, and went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable.

    We chose this hotel because there are not many hotels on the seaside which are open in March. Our room had a balcony with a view on the ferry terminal as expected. Very charming and efficient service when we had a coffee in the bar/restaurant. Parking is available.

    The hotel was exactly as expected based on the description and also the reviews. We had two connected rooms. The first was excellent with large windows and a view of the fields, beachfront and sea. The second was much smaller and dark with a small window the looked into an interior courtyard.

    Perfect location beach front hotel. Stayed in family room with connecting doors. Rooms were beautifully done has a large balcony. Amenities were enough. Bathroom large. Beds extremely comfortable. Bonus free shuttle to airport.

    Impeccable service! Clean, great location, fantastic views of the ocean from rooms and restaurant. Shuttle service was such a welcome treat to weary traveller's. Check in/out was quick. Room was spotless and very well appointed/modern. Can walk to the beach, dine at hotel or walk to small eateries. The breakfast was excellent! This place is a real gem!! We would definitely return and stay here.
