The room was spacious and very clean, and the balcony had a beautiful sea view. We stayed over Easter and were warmly welcomed with a platter of food, red eggs, wine, and juice — such a thoughtful gesture! I truly recommend this stay!

Fantastic apartment in a great location overlooking a quiet beach. Everything you could need is available in the apartment. Comfortable furniture and super comfy bed. The host, Antonis, was excellent. He met us when we arrived and helped us with our luggage to the first floor and then showed us around. He also gave me lots of advice and recommendations about the local area, beaches, bars and restaurants, all of which were superb, Nothing was too much trouble and he helped us during our stay. The town of Neos Marmaras is a great little town with friendly locals. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of great beaches, towns, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again when we next visit Halkidiki.

Everything was perfect! Very nice, clean and comfortable house! The house is in a private area with free parking. There is a big and lovely garden when you could relax, make barbeque and have dinner. In the house everything is well organised - you could find everything for your vacation.

Elia Sea View Apartments 2 feels like you are at home - everything family need is available. Very tide and clean. With most beautiful sea view for morning breakfast and coffee. and also for sunsets and evening yoga. Closes beach is nice, bit of rocky, but useful for the days you want to rest more. On the other side, very close are most beautiful beaches of Sithonia, 5-10 min driving.

    The place is great to relax. It's located right on the beach. Extremely clean and comfortable.The apartment has everything you need and a large comfortable terrace. The hostess is very kind. We were impressed by the compliments on arrival and departure. I would recommend this accommodation. We will go back there for sure.

    Right on the beach with a view to the waves and a working umbrella to protect from sun. All kinds of nice welcome treats prepared by the host. Very generous and thoughtful.

    Right on the beach…you can feel the sea breeze calling you to enjoy the sun,the water. Very clean room,car parking in front of the hotel and the owner very kind and always at your disposal with everything you need.

    Very good location. On beachfront..really nice bakery with cafe on the corner. Restaurants 5 mins away. Nice small seaside town with beautiful beaches in vicinity. Laidback. We were probably there a bit early..so the town was in construction mode preparing for start of season. Luckily a few places opened the day we arrived. Katerina also gave us some small gifts of local produce. Nice touch.
