Location is excellent. This is an unpreetentious accommodation in a very good and quiet side of the island. The furniture is not the newest but the room has everything you need. Excellent value for money (price is the lowest in the area) and I am happy to have found this low budget option.Will return soon!

All you could need for a comfortable stay on beautiful Serifos. Plenty of space in the room and on the terrace; everything one needs to cook if that is what you want; great shower pressure; efficient air con and if there is anything you need, just ask the wonderful Mr Kiriakos and it will be there. The gorgeous Lividakia beach is a 4 minute walk away and lively but relaxing Livadi port just 10 minutes.

Everything! It was clean, bright, quiet and most importantly in front of a great beach! Our room was cleaned daily and all staff and the landlady, Stella, was lovely and friendly.

Seriphos Estate completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of calm. The house itself is stunning—thoughtfully designed with beautiful materials, natural light everywhere, and views that honestly left us speechless. Every morning, we had coffee on the terrace while watching the sun rise over the Aegean. In the evenings, we’d sit outside listening to the waves and feeling completely disconnected from the noise of everyday life. It was exactly what we needed. One of the best parts was the direct access to the sea—clear water, no crowds, just us and nature. The hosts were amazing: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind people who clearly care deeply about the experience they offer. Family run business, very friendly staff, I felt immediately very welcome taken good care of. Special requests (arriving earlier than set check in, leaving late) were accommodated easily. I also liked the fact that they are eco-friendly and the rooms were spacious. Excellent location.

The location is stanning right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Serifos. Staff was very friendly and attended to all our needs. Linen and electrical appliances were of very high quality. We had a very peaceful and memorable experience.
