Milto is the best at helping us with everything, accommodation, accommodating things for us to make our stay more comfortable, quick response at any time, we called him at 2:30 am to help with the laundry and he answered immediately. Milto you are the best. He helped us to get secure transportation, Maria was amazing and he helped us with luggage storage for 9 days. The place is huge and has everything we need. Bakery downstairs, supermarket 5 mins walk, near restaurants and airport. Excellent place

Comfortable, bright two bedroom flat with extra bed in lounge area and roomy kitchen which sadly we didn’t use but it’s clearly been a home and it was spotless. Double bed really comfy and single beds both fine. We didn’t meet the hosts but they sent us all the info we needed and were really gracious about early check in and very late check out. The area is suburban with a 10 mi Ute walk to shops and eating place. The local roads are in bad repair and ther’s no street lighting making it unsuitable for anyone unsteady on their feet ( and we had an 85 year old with us). This is no reflection on the property as it seems pretty common in the Athenian suburbs. The flat is close to a beautiful local church and on Sunday the church bells ring out at 7am, 8am and 8.20am which was a bit of a surprise, but again seems normal for Athens. We only stayed one night before going to the airport and for us it was great. Happy to recommend

We have chosen it as it's close to airport. The unit same as seen in the picture. Very nice and cozy; really enjoyed it.They have a unique taste of furnishing. It has quite large balcony. They are also so sincere and follow up every step to make sure we get in and out safely.They were also so kind to come to the unit to help us arranging our transport to airport as there are transportation strike in Athens!. We had a wonderful stay at Seaview Beach House. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind away from the hustle of busy tourist areas. It offered a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and recharge. George was a fantastic host—very accommodating and helpful. He met us personally for the key handover and went above and beyond by sharing great local dining recommendations. He even arranged our airport transfer through a local taxi company, which made our departure stress-free. The home’s location directly opposite the water was a real highlight. We enjoyed a refreshing swim before heading back to Australia, which was the perfect end to our trip. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with thoughtful hosting and beautiful surroundings.

Exceptionally clean the apartment has everything one needs. Kitchen equipment is all new and there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Communications were very good. Apartment is very close to the beach. Close by are some great restaurants and bars. Beds were very comfortable. Fast wifi (free) and smart tv. Bathroom has just about everything one could need, plenty of new and fresh towels. Large fridge was stocked with water and there were even some biscuits provided. Apartment is conveniently located for the airport.

A beautifully maintained home in an excellent location-very close to the airport, just steps from the sea and surrounded by great restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Our hostess Maria was always smiling, incredibly kind, and extremely helpful. She gave us great recommendations and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
