Such an amazing property, the view was even better then you can imagine, watching sunset over Polis beach was something that cannot be beaten. Britta was a fantastic host throughout the entire stay, communication was excellent and it was great to have some tips for taxi etc. We will absolutely back to stay at Pantakai we cannot recommend enough

The location is perfect for exploring Ithaka, very close to Vathi and the main road yet away from the noise. It is overlooking a beatiful small beach and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. You won't get tired of it. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. There is enough parking space in the yard. There are even some sunbeds on the beach for the guests of Forkis. We really wished we could stay longer.

The photos on booking simply don't do Akasha suites justice. The place is so incredible. The room is very modern and very tasteful furnished. The view is just amazing. Vazilis and Eleni are such perfect hosts, they are always reachable, always ready to help or give advice. It's so nice that there are some bottles of water for you when you arrive. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine. There is a Nespresso machine with capsules ready for you. The bathroom is a nice size, I loved taking a shower with view on the Ionic Sea. The private beach is also very nice and would have been perfect with some deckchairs. It is a pity that you can not rate a property more than 10 because a certainly would.

Akasha Suite III is a beachfront property set in Vathi, Ithaka, 2.8 km from Port of Ithaki and 3 km from Navy - Folklore Museum of Ithaca.

We loved staying here. The flat is comfortable and stylish but the best thing is the position - right on the water. The views are wonderful and you can swim from the private jetty just under the house (though slightly cold in April!) Vassili and Ileni were helpful and attentive hosts.

We stayed in these lovely, cozy apartments, and they were absolutely spotless and beautifully arranged. I could tell that every little detail had been carefully thought of. The small kitchen had everything we needed, and the owner really thought of everything - if anything was missing, she was always happy to help. She’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of our favorite spots was the balcony with its stunning view, we honestly didn’t want to leave! The location couldn’t have been better. There are two beautiful beaches within walking distance, one is just a 5-min walk with crystal-clear turquoise water surrounded by greenery, and the other is a short, scenic stroll along a shaded path, with a taverna nearby. The center of Kioni is also a pleasant walk away. There are plenty of tavernas, a bakery, bar, shop. Everything you need is close by, so we could just stay put, relax, and enjoy our holiday without worrying about going anywhere. Honestly, there were no downsides at all, everything was perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely love to come back! 💙

Studio Fetsi was a fantastic place to stay in the loveliest village in Ithaki. Kiki and Eri made us feel at home and shared the most wonderful local tips to make our stay in Kioni a memorable one! We luckily had the chance to meet them in Agios Nikitas in Lefkas before our time Ithaki and they were kind enough to invite us over for a hello and a chat :) As for Studio Fetsi, the interior and exterior are even more impressive than the photos and we would not hesitate to stay here again. The history and their love of the property is palpable. We highly recommend it for a cozy and authentic visit to one of the most beautiful spots in the Ionian islands!

Beautiful traditional style villa, well equipped ,very friendly owners. Fantastic views, location great if you have a car. Even a garage, which is a plus, as there's not much parking in Kioni.
