The location is excellent, near the harbour and near many good restaurants. Since it is on the 5th floor there is a beautiful view of the sea. One of our best experiences ever. It is reasonably quiet, especially in the bed room. Air conditioning worked well. Giannis was very accomodating and provided good advice, where to go.

You can tell our hostess thought hard how to make you feel at home when she set up the apartment. Reflecting her keen eye for design, the newly refurbished flat features a sleek modern interior. It can compete with any suite at any top-rated hotel anytime. The apartment is located right at the waterfront within a five-minute walk of the famous White Tower. Though there is a street close by, the apartment is quiet - being rather well insulated. For those keen on museums and monuments (we are in Greece, after all), both the Rotunda and the Arch of Galerius are 10 minutes away on foot. For those seeking dining and shopping opportunities, you will be spoilt for choice. The market is less than 15-minutes away on foot. Though I landed early, our hostess was more than gracious in accommodating my arrival. She gave me sound advice for getting to the apartment and around town. And she's right: you can walk to most places!

This property is renovated and really well kept and has everything you need for a short or even longer stay in Thessaloniki. We liked that it had a kettle, a drip coffe maker and a little machine for traditional Greek coffee. The host is kind enough to provide all these types of coffee and sugar, so you make your own in the morning if you like. The kitchen also has a clean oven which was also useful to heat up leftovers. The host Nikos, was very frendly and attentive, and called us about an hour after he checked us in, to verify that we didn't face any issues. For instance we talked about using netflix in the TV (provided free). This shows how much he cares about his guests. In the vicinity there are convenience stores (4all) and pizzerias and places to grab a bite or order something from. Tip: we tried Pizza Latina the noon when we check-in and was really tasty and very affordable. The bed was comfortable with a good matress and we enjoyed the fact that there are 2 A/C units in the property, one in the living room/kitchen (where one can also sleep in the sofa that can be opened as a bed) and one in the bedroom. The neighbourhood/builiding was not noisy when we stayed and we had a nice sleep when we returned in the night. Definitely recommended.

It is literally in the centre of 99% of places you will visit in Thessaloniki and a very short walk from meeting locations for any tours you might go on. Use it as a rest location at night, or even during the day since it is so close to the sights and amazing restaurants. If you need some time to recuperate and relax you can do that too and catch up on shows you have been watching.
