I loved the whole complex. It is a family-run mini-resort/hotel with excellent customer service. A really upmarket restaurant with local food is available on the premises for very reasonable prices. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment on our arrival free of charge. The rooms have air conditioning, equipped kitchen, mosquito nets, and a TV with Netflix. The nearby beach is really lovely, sandy with a shower, toilet and 4 bars and cafes. The hotel is more 4-star than 3-star, all new and fresh, spotless. The owner is available on-premises and really cares about their guests. We were recommended a few restaurants in town to eat and there were perfect too. It is located by the bus stop to get to town and other beaches. The whole island was a pleasant surprise for us. Suitable also for families with nice shady areas, the beach has some pine trees with a natural shade too. Easy access to town and other beaches. I would love to come again soon!

We had an amazing week on the island and it is greatly due to this wonderful place. Special thanks to Yanis and Dimitri - your kindness made our stay very special and made us feel home! Great view from the hotel, nice pools, great pool bar and restaurant. The food (and coffee) served is one of the best we had on the island. And it is very well located/connected with a direct access to a nice beach, a taxi boat to drive you to the port of Skiathos and buses (bus stop 9) to bring you to all beaches of the island.

Boasting a garden and views of sea, Roula's house on the beach is a recently renovated apartment situated in Skiathos Town, 300 metres from Megali Ammos Beach.

The host was so kind and accommodating. The room was simply perfect—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. It had a great view for summer mornings and was so close to the beach that we could walk there before our first coffee :) 10/10.

The staff were absolutely amazing – warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their service made the experience even more enjoyable. Huge shout out to Anthi (Άνθη) who went above & beyond to make us as comfy as possible, she made our holiday even more memorable.Highly recommend! This is a really really nice hotel, we booked one suite so I don't know about the rest of the rooms but they are probably as superb as the suites. The staff is nice and helpful, we got a lot of tips about different restaurants and beaches. Our suite was WOW, pretty details, comfy bed, great view over the beach and ocean, quiet and totally perfect. We had our own tub/pool if we didn't want to use the communal pool. Breakfast was simple but enough. If you want to sit in the sun and eat breakfast, it's possible. There's a bus stop right outside, Nr 5. Very convenient if you want to try another beach or go to skiathos city. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

Excelent facilities. Extremely clean, very comfortable and spacious. The house had everything you may need during your stay. Nice decoration and details around the property. Beautifull garden and outdoor sitting for your morning coffee. We literally liked everything. Good location close to the nice beach (10 min walking). Very responsive owners did everything for our comfortable stay and assisted immediately in everything we asked for. Overall really nice experience with Calma cottage accomodation.

Very comfortable stay, the hotel is close to Skiathos town but at the same time next to the beach what more could you ask for a summer break ? The staff ,super helpful, the reception girls gave me amazing recommendations around Skiathos and the restaurant staff were great as well. Will definitely come back!!!
