The location is perfect, the house and facilities were tasteful and modern. The personnel were kind and helpful. It is very family friendly. There is no sound annoyance around. Also, the facility has its own umbrellas and sunbeds right under a majestic pine tree. The cleaning was performed on a daily basis and the changing of towels was on demand. The kitchen is well equipped to cook on your own if you wish.

The service was exceptional! The team had fresh fruit and drinks for us when we arrived to make our first day easier. We had an internet issue that was not the fault of the property and they were very quick to resolve it. They had custom breakfast orders for us every day and a cleaner come tidy things up. The host was very accessible and gave us a lot of excellent recommendations to have a great stay. I was a little uncertain of the area and safety since there is no fence or gate but the assured me there was security and a safe neighbourhood both of which were true. Def would recco a stay here

The property (1500-2000 m2) benefits of a large garden with pine trees, open ending in a narrow but sandy beach. As clients, we had the nice perception of having a private beach with blue waters inside a quiet gulf (you cannot beat this setup no matter how many stars other hotels may have). We loved everything!!! The places is super clean, the kitchen has everything you need. The terrace with the views stunning. The patio with all the places you can chill and lots of shade areas. The beach is super clean. There is almost no neighbours so you feel like you are alone. Our dog loved it!! The owners are super friendly too.

All is very clean, every day you get new towels and room cleaning. Location is next to the best beach for kids. Livari is great with all what one family needs for holiday. Owners are really pleasant people what is very important when you go on type of accomodation like this.

Everything was just Amazing!!!! The hotel has the most amazing staff, the food at the restaurant is delicious, has a beautiful private beach and is located near top beaches. We loved it!!!!!
