Even it is not the cheapest place you can get, you most definitely get more than you are expecting. The bathroom was the biggest surprise. It comes with a free standing tub from where you have a really nice view over the lake and the volcano on the opposite lake side!

Such a lovely hotel, really nice and clean. We had the upstairs room with two double beds and it even had 2 bathrooms. The balcony and view was gorgeous. I heard from others that it was noisy in the downstairs garden room but the room we had there was no issues (other than the usual dogs and cockerels which is pretty much everywhere). The jacuzzi is included and was fab, we used most nights. Has a pool table and table tennis too. San Marcos is lovely but night time didn’t feel completely safe there to walk around too much with myself as a solo female with my son who is 8. Room was cleaned every day!

Anzan is the best of the best and Dita is beyond talented in providing exceptional service. The location is amazing and the space itself was beyond what we could have expected. We spent the days enjoying the beautiful organic breakfast, the best coffee I’ve ever tasted, and swimming in the most stunning setting I could imagine. You are so close to all the different towns which we took advantage of but found ourselves just wanting to never leave the resort. If you’re lucky maybe she’ll take a picture of you with her incredible camera. Book Anzan asap there’s no way you’ll be disappointed. Dita had someone come to the house for body and energy work also which I cannot recommend enough. Add any culinary experience you can here as well!

Lovely lodge near Santa Cruz, the Transportation from the dock to the lodge worked flawless. The staff is very friendly, helpful and fast (thanks again to Viandy, who did an amazing job and also booked for us the transportation from Gua city to the dock and back). We also enjoyed the free SUPs and Kayak. The vegan restaurant was amazing. We had the Thanksgiving dinner and some breakfasts and they tasted delicious. All in all it's an amazing location, very quiet and we really enjoyed it.

Great new house with the best lake views. Full furnished kitchen, everything you need and great host Nico! Property is safe and owned by a local. Warm water, aqua pura, fridge, all is there. Easy to take a tuktuk to towns around. Highly recommended when visiting the lake. Niko organized pizzas for us when we arrived late!

    The beach front was amazing. Great location. Many book options. Hot showers, although I did have to ask the staff to reset the hot water twice but it was very quick to warm up after asking! Yoga room overlooking the lake was breathtaking.

    Location was great - from the pier you can take a short cut on the beach. The view from room 15 is incredible. There IS a hot tub, you have to ask to have it heated up so it takes a little over an hour. The restaurant being attached is a nice perk. The WiFi strength was good. Drinking water jug always accessible

    Good stuff and management, lot of space, beach beds, front lake, clean bathroom with everything you need, double pillow, super comfortable bed. Haven’t tried the restaurant but food seemed very good.

    We liked the location, which is a bit off of the main tourist street of San Marcos. The proximity to the lake was fantastic for sunrises and sunsets. The attached restaurant and bar were great, though not cheap. The family room was mostly just OK, but the shower was exceptionally nice: roomy, rock-tiled, and with a huge shower head. Our kids enjoyed the free (for guests) ping pong and pool tables, and the fire pit near the beach also was great. The vibe was relaxed and fun.
