We loved everything. The hotel was delightful and spotless. The pool with the proximity to the beautiful little beach The room was lovely with sea views and very spacious. The food was amazing - The choice unbelievable. The staff were exceptional and so helpful and friendly. I have never known better customer service not that we needed anything extra but they spoke perfect English and were so willing to help. Dolores and Boyanna are an asset to the hotel - on reception - who were incredible and deserve medals for their professionalism. The smiles as you walk in the door are an example and they have time for everybody. All the staff go the extra mile. Laura was amazing as were Zeljan and Olga in the restaurant, and Alex and Slavco in the bar. Even the chamber made was adorable.

An exceptional stay – wholeheartedly recommended! We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel – everything exceeded our expectations! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, but what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality of the staff and the quality of the services. The food is very rich and diverse, with options for every taste – from traditional dishes to international recipes, all fresh and delicious. A big plus for the restaurant: the head waiter is a true professional, extremely attentive, always checking in at every meal to ensure everything was okay and that we were enjoying ourselves. At the reception, we were lucky to be greeted by an extremely kind and professional young lady, who promptly helped us resolve every small issue that came up during our stay. This is the kind of hotel where you feel respected, welcomed, and pampered. We will definitely return, and I warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where comfort and genuine care for guests are top priorities.
