It's the best place for 1-2 night in your trip! Beautiful view, clean room, and the biggest advantage- friendly and kind stuff! In the morning we got tasty and bog breakfast,all food was delicious. Wonderful apartments with everything you need and more. Lots of space, very nice design, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, even some tea, coffee, oil, salt, cream. For the convenience of tourists, there are maps with the main attractions of the city, board games. Public parking, where you can leave your car for free, is visible from the window. Very atmospheric balcony. Convenient self-check-in, you can arrive at a convenient time. It's a pity that we were traveling to the sea and did not have time to fully enjoy these wonderful apartments. When we are in Karlovac again, we will definitely stay here.

Great communication with the owner The appartement is beautiful and clean and modern, you have all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace was a big surprise and we enjoy it. We stongly recomand this appartement.

All facilities are new and looks great. On the pictures it’s hard too see, but there’s two separate bedrooms and two living rooms, so enough place to stay for up to 4 people or even more. Waterside is beautiful.

Apartment is spacious. Location is perfect if you would like to see the downtown. Self-check-in is possible. Easy to communicate with the host, she replies quickly. I would recommend to try delicious pizza in Pizzeria Mona Lisa which is located in the same building

Very nice place by the river Mreznica...great view from the balcony. There is a restaurant on the ground floor with an interesting asian fusion menu...definitely would visit again...
