We stayed in the apartment which was wonderful. It had a little kitchen, lounge and dining area. Very homely and perfect location right on the beach.

Perfect location. Great place on the beach with fantastiic view and sunset. Bar and restaurant only few meter walk. The place offer sunbeds and parasol for free. The rooms and apartments are new and extremely clean and got all you need. The host and owner Velimir and his family was really helpful and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Great location - right on the beach with an air-conditioned room. Safe, shady off-street parking. A table was always available for every guest, as well as everything you need for the beach like deck chairs and large umbrellas. A nice selection of bars and restaurants in the area and with a decent grocery store 2 minutes walk away. There are easy bus connections to Split or Omiš and surrounding towns if you don't feel like driving. Definitely a great place for a self-catering beach holiday, with ample fridge and storage space.

Perfect location. Right on the beach and good local bus service. Mario and others were so helpful and sincere. Although the room I booked said there were coffee making facilities, there weren’t but Mario provided me with a kettle and cup and spoon in no time at all. Also very accommodating with an early breakfast when I had to leave for a boat trip.

What a perfect location! Right on the beach and close to a few restaurants and supermarket. Perfect for a quieter holiday, far enough away from busy Spilt, yet close enough to access it, when needed. Great base for couples. Stunning gardens and wonderful breakfasts!

Perfect location - right on the beach!

We loved our stay at Villa Pitomcia. This hotel itself is quaint and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! The location was excellent as the property is right on the beach, but you also have access to the pool and plenty of lounge options. Our room was spacious and clean, and we absolutely loved the ocean view from our terrace!

Front desk Lady so nice friendly and she immediately made us feel welcome. Perfect for few days to even weeks stay, lovely Breakfast, good restaurant and located as close as it can be right on the beach. 2 pools plus a small extra childrens section in one pool makes it idealistic for all ages. Btw. Many rooms have perfect Ocean wieu from the room, some rooms have balcony with Ocean wieu. You feel welcome there. Free parking is right by the entrance door inside the fence so its really easy.

Perfect location at the seaside was very important, since you can leave appartments and in a less than a minute enjoy your stay at the beach. Very clean, new, cozy spacious appartments (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is provided up to details. Kitchen is fully equipped. Big balcony/terrace with sea view, sunbeds and umbrella were included in appartments' package. Thanks a lot to the host - detailed info about everything, including leisure activities, nearest beaches and restaurants/cafes to visit in Split and surroundings.
