Very nice place for vacation.Cozy clean rooms with everthing you need.The hotel is on the second line .The private beach is 100-150 metres from the hotel,but it not problem -transfer car from reseption to beach and return takes 1 minute.The beach is nice and quite with its small restaurant and possibility to rent kayak,sup and other equipment for water activities. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel with nice food but high prices The area near the hotel is very quiet ,just 30 metres to shop.The nearest restaurant is 100metres from hotel ,other two in distance more then 1km.

This is a very nice apartment at an amazing and very central location in Umag. You are right in the cute city centre and the balcony has the view on the sea. All the best restaurants are in 5 min walk radious as well as all the bars. All in all a very nice stay.

Location is excellent, right in downtown. Room looks like the pictures. It was also clean. I got a huge (120 EUR) fine for parking in the wrong place upon arrival for 5 minutes, but the host managed to cancel that as well. Value for money is very good.
