The staff do a great job trying to keep the place clean and there was no trash lying around. They were also visible around the complex and were ready and available to help when needed. I was there at a very quiet time and practically had the place to myself. As an Australian visiting the area for the purpose of diving at Krakatoa and trecking in Ujong Kulong, this place was perfect. The room was lovely and the food was great. The pool was very clean and I swam in the beach a few times. I really love the cottage because it was very cozy, spacious, and clean. It was also walking distance to the swimming pool, playground, and the beach.
