Ayana Segara is one of the several hotels within Ayana Resort and probably the newest one. If you stay in one hotel, you can also use all of the facilities of other hotels. It is not as far from the main hotel Ayana as e.g. Rimba, so that you can reach it within 5 mins with a shuttle which goes often enough. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, very clean and pretty new. Breakfast was totally amazing - a lot of choice for different types of cuisine - from European to Asian and American. Special thanks to iced latte & iced coffee. A lot of fruits, a lot of fresh pressed juices, smoothies etc. Good pastries, Omelettes, waffles, pancakes, Bali cakes, sushi, everything you would wish. Facilities are very well taken care of. You have also a lot of restaurants to visit and chose from. You have kids club and kids play area, also water slides and different shallow pools. We stayed previously in another 5 star hotel on Bali in the same price range and Ayana just beats it in every single point. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

The entire team there should get promotions and raises on how good they were (honestly they really really should)! We spent two weeks in the villa in July. From a security point of view, the area in which the villa is located is closed with security guards at the entrance. No risk there. The villa is really like the photos, spacious, bright, well maintained and clean. The kitchen is very complete and perfectly functional. For our part, we particularly appreciated the swimming pool. Coming with children is not a problem: the doors have locks so normally the child cannot open them. In case of curious little babies, bring protective devices. Tari was very attentive and efficient in handling our various requests (treatment, activities, questions, etc.) which was really very pleasant and made our stay easier. Responses were always immediate, even for our last minute requests. Location-wise, it is ideally located a few meters from the beach, from where the fireworks lit up our evenings. We can only recommend this villa to all families wishing to have a good time in Jimbaran, in a family-friendly place.

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Palms Beach Villa. From the moment we arrived, Noah and his team took great care of us and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. For example, when the cot provided for our little one was not up to standard (smelled moldy), Noah and his team immediately rented one from somewhere to make up for it. Noah was also always contactable in case you needed anything during your stay. The villa was also extremely well-appointed and clean, and the facilities were simply luxurious.
