Everything was above our expectation. Facilities and properties were huge and very beautiful. Everywhere including our room was so clean and specious. Extremely comfortable stay. Foods were also amazing and we ate a lot. Every details they care, so there was literally nothing to complain. We even keep appreciating everything they have done for us. It was our special occasion in our life, and we were so glad that we decided to stay here since they welcomed us with their best and we felt so much care and love from them. Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon and I believe it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff are very friendly - they all address you by name which makes you feel more welcomed and they honestly couldn’t have done anymore. Anything we asked for was not too much trouble and they were all very calm and happy to help. The facilities on site were amazing - we used the bikes for the day to explore other resorts nearby and see more of the beach and we also booked several services at the spa. The spa treatment was amazing and so relaxing. In terms of the location you have the impression you have a private beach (as you are just past all the busy hotels) so the beach isn’t crowded and it is very clean. They also have a great outdoor bar with plenty of great choices of cocktail. They also do a fire show every night at the hotel so you can take a cocktail and watch it from the bar. The food on site was exceptional. We booked the inclusive package (including buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and buffet dinner) and we enjoyed every meal. There is so much choice for breakfast and dinner and we noticed that there was lots of new choices each day. As it was our honeymoon they nicely decorated our bed and the bathroom which just made it extra special for us. For us we would like to come back to Bali just to come back here as it was so relaxing and the service was the best we have experienced.

The villa were perfect beautiful and very comfortable , smell of the flowers were everywhere .
