The property was beautiful and exotic. The best breakfast buffet I have seen. The staff was friendly to the extreme. The location was convenient to many restaurants and sights. We had an amazing massage that was a very special experience in the beautiful spa. There was no problem getting loungers by the pool. We wished we had planned to stay longer. The shower room for late departures was lovely and convenient. The sea turtle program is a wonderful initiative. I can't say enough about this resort

The service was excellent, my hubby was unwell and they took special care of him with porridge and in room breakfast when he was unwell. We really appreciated the gesture. Room is wonderful, super comfortable with a great bed and bath tub. My hubby l0ved the toto toilet seat too. Thanks to the wonderful care of the staff. Highly recommended. My room was at the farthest end of the property, they arranged for buggy to bring us to the convention centre and lobby. AYU MY AMBASSADOR, THANK YOU!!!

Great location. Open, spacious. Large and lovely pool. Great gym. Close to a small local market and Mall. The Staff was outstanding. Very friendly and prompt and helpful. Thanks to Adi, we got a room with a fantastic view. I must compliment Gus Adi for the efforts he made to get us a room of our choice. He is rightly designated as a Guest Ambassador. Perfect location for peaceful evening. I would recommend to all the people planning to go to nusa penida for a night stay at this hotel. Quite in a budget. Must try cycling on the beach area. This hotel rent outs cycle. Kids enjoy the pool.
