This was our second stay and this time we stayed with anothet family at the 4 bedroom villa (karang). The villa is beautiful, the view is truly spectacular. This property is perfect for a short family getaway: - close to the airport (40min) - our children (8-10yo) and we loved bodyboarding and surfing (teachers can be hired right on the beach). It is a safe yet fun spot for beginners, and there are bigger waves a bit further (plenty of small boats for hire on the beach to get there) - the beach is beautiful, lively but never too crowded (Sempiak Villa is the only beach front hotel) - the restaurant has a fair amount of options and reasonnably priced (we also ate at Segara a few times where the food is delicious)

Very well located and designed villa. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for us. Good, comfortable beds, very good kitchen area with a lot of kitchen equipment. Staff was coming 6 days a week to clean, so it was always nice and clean. Air conditioning in all bedrooms plus fans in the main lounge room. The location is excellent, although you ideally need scooters for convenience. There are 2 great beaches nearby, first around 5min walking good for sunsets and sunbathing and second about 10min ride on scooter with great surfing, fishing, little shops and restaurants. There is also a great restaurant Segara nearby where we had almost every meal as it was that great. In general we really recommend it for families. Staff and management was very attending and colmunicated with us frequently and also did tackle quickly all the issues we had. We would love and hope we will come back.

I loved it so much , the owner and his staff are so kind people , always with a nice smile, taking care of everything, all the breakfasts were so delicious and the food on the menu as well, thank you to the chefs The room is beautiful with a beautiful view as well, all was perfect, if you drive the scooter you can go wherever you want. They have scooters to rent there, If you want to connect with peace and relax , this is the perfect place. This is a place that of course I will come back 🩵 Thank you so much for everything to all of you !

Great property, everything is new and well built. Lovely location by the sea with private beach and pool. It’s a bit outside of the city caos but easy to get to with a free transport provided or taxis and drivers that are always available.
