The location really can't be beat. Minutes from the beach, and the privacy is also excellent. While the units are relatively close together we did not run into any issues with other guests being noisy. Staff was extremally helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests.

Amazing location, very close to the beach and main road. The room super clean very comfy with balcony and a nice fridge.Top notch service specially with the help of the super manager Raj who suggested a lot of good places to go and eat and he organised a excursion for us and the transfer to the airport. The rest of the stuff super helpful and very polite. Food very good and nice swimming pool. Definitely we will come back

The property is well-located with an extremely helpful and kind staff. Though a public beach, it is far less crowded than the other North Goa beaches with a moderate to strong tide. Hence, it is a value for money for families with kids and old parents.
