The property was easy to locate. It was clean and impeccably maintained. Check-in process was smooth and special mention to Siena who manages the property. She's extremely courteous and polite.

Villa Fiesta is simply exquisite ! From booking with Ayushi – with prompt responses and thoughtful assistance. To the beautiful welcome reception of flower garlands and Namaste from all the staff even though we arrived at an ungodly hour of the morning ! Through to the unrelenting service from Habiba and the team that made us feel like royalty from the moment of arrival to leaving. The layout of the villa is just beautiful, with lots of little areas to relax and follow the sun, or seek the shade, and cute little focal points such as the outdoor shower area to cool off with ; and the hammocks, or the seating areas to watch the sunset. The team are always unobtrusively in attendance. This is just the perfect place to relax and seek seclusion from the crowds. The gardens have their own entrance straight onto the beach – where it’s a short few yards to the waterline – and life guards are in attendance to advise best swim areas – although it was all very sedate whist we were there. With long beautiful clean beaches each way for solitary walks – feeling absolutely safe with the local friendly fishermen and local families picnicking on an evening ; it’s just sheer bliss. The food was fantastic ; we just asked Habiba to make us what they would eat ; so, she sought a different array of traditional foods each meal and it was all fabulous ; but equally she would have found us European food if we had asked for it ; we wanted to experience the culture of India and she certainly gave us a taste of it ! Each meal was extremely fresh and flavoursome and served with care and attention to detail. We would get little treats throughout the days of snacks and teas ; it just made the experience so blissful.

Such easy access to the beach was the highlight for us! This was our second time staying at Beleza (we stayed here in 2020 right before Covid) and four years later when my husband and I were looking for a quick and relaxing getaway in South Goa, we opted to stay at Beleza again given how nice our previous stay was. The pool is huge and clean with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The shower was very powerful and we had no issues with hot/cold water. The bed was comfortable and despite a wedding party happening during our stay we were not disturbed by loud music or crowds in the part where our suite was located.

Just perfect wooden huts! You go down several stairs and here it is - the soft white sand and warm waters of the ocean in surroundings of palm trees. The huts are clean and cozy with own bathrooms and tremendous beds. There is a restaurant faced the beach with delicious food. The owner and his family are amazingly hospitable, speak really good English and always willing to help. Great place!

Magnificent hotel with a huge territory. The area is very beautiful, with lots of greenery and many stunning spots. You can simply enjoy strolling around the premises. The room is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The food is good and diverse. We had a great pleasure staying at this hotel.

Royal Orchid Resort & Spa, an excellent hotel with wonderful staff and facilities, breakfast was superb and the staff were friendly and the Coffee bar made an excellent Latte. The room was superb value for the price and I can not fault the room it had everything, including a nice mini bar for kate night Movies lol, hopefully in the future we will return with our grandchildren as the pool, gardens and activities would be great for us all, well done to all at Royal Orchid
