The view is amazing, the cottage is right next to the sea, overlooking kirkjufell. What I must acknowledge is that our van got stuck in snow drift, because the wind the night before was crazy, CRAZY, and the owner helped us get our van unstuck. It wasn’t easy and he didn’t even know if it was going to work, but thankfully it did. That’s why I’m giving them the best rating.

The food was delicious. We also were able to see the aurora borealis. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. The beds were super comfy. It was perfect for our family. 2 adults and 9, 7, 1 year old.

Easy to find, plenty of room for our group of 4. It was so nice to have a living room to sit in. We walked around the dock and checked out the fishing boats. Easy access in and out of town.
