Beach Hotels in Ólafsvík

Very nice and clean hostel in Snæfellsnes, perfect location to explore everything around. I had a bunk bed in a mixed dormitory and the room was very big.

The house is very clean and comfortable. We could see the black beach directly from the window, the view was amazing. Special thanks to the owner who helped us immediately when we found out that our rental car was out of battery.

The view from the apartment was very nice, you could see the ocean and the mountains. The guy at the check-in was also very kind.

Kikjufell is close and on the road there is a high elevation parking spot where really easy to spot whales with binoculars. gas station and fish and chips little street food vendor is next door. And it has a sandy beach behind the wave breaker rocks.

Lovely room with shared bathrooms and a large communal lounge/dining/kitchen area. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, with a small table and chairs. The toilets and showers are separated by gender, and there are plenty for the number of guests. They were immaculately clean. The communal area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, crockery etc. Bonus: the guesthouse is right next to a small beach - perfect for a cold water dip!

Reception staff friendly and informative . Open kitchen and location, close to the ocean and petrol station.

(Isk 8000) • Very clean room • Several toilets and shower to share, didn’t have to wait for one even the guesthouse was pretty full • Staff are helpful :) • Location is great • Do note there are strict rules about not using the common kitchen, washer and dryer after 9/10pm. Since the common area is close to other guests room.

it was so nice to stay at Við Hafið Guesthouse, the staff was very friendly, a family run guesthouse. The room and other facilities very clean . The view from my room was amazing looking over the ocean.
