Villa Santa Maria was exceptional. You’ll be blown away with the stunning views feeling like you’re in your own paradise directly above the ocean. We felt no need to go down and spend much time in the busyness of Amalfi town as it was so quiet and peaceful staying where we were. You can grab a key and take a walk albeit quite a few steps down to your own private bay by the ocean where you can swim or soak up the clear water. Salvatore the manager and your host is an exceptional and will sort anything for you from drinks to organising trips or transport. The breakfasts are great and dinner was too if you choose to dine there or head up to two restaurants along the hill further which Salvatore can organise. They were fantastic. I can’t recommend this property more highly. It was by far the best place we stayed on our trip to Italy. For the money it is exceptional value. Absolutely recommend.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The facilities, the management, the staff, the food, the scenery and decor everything was of the highest quality. The owner and management are always available and take time to greet and meet the guests on a daily basis. Attention to detail and quality was one of the best I have ever experienced.

We were very excited to see Amalfi, and Pina (our host) did everything in order to feel great and to have lovely memories. So, the place is great, with anything you need at your disposal (even a good bed with good pillows) , a place very close to the city center (a 15 min. easy walk) and with a view of Amalfi hard to describe : is better to stay in a place like this than right in the city , for the simple reason that if you stay in the city you don't see, actually, the city :)) And last but not least, a terrace under a big lemon tree which is so big and old that actually made the place like a pergola... Anyway, Pina waited for us with prosecco, red wine , recommended where to have dinner and also helped me with everything, in order to make a surprise for my wife's birthday and made all the arrangements for rent a boat for an Amalfi Coast cruise, just for the two of us - a lifetime experience. Thank you, again and again, Pina for everything, because everything that we have lived there will remain in our memory forever

The hotel was exceptional and clean, in the perfect location. The ocean view from our room was stunning, and the walk down to the beach and into Amalfi was so quick. Marco, our host, was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. Marco went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, and provided many wonderful restaurant recommendations and even booked us a private driver back to the airport. Can't wait to come back!
