NetherlandsCommunication with the host was easy and quick. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient thanks to the locker system. The apartment is comfortable and well-suited for three adults. There’s a road nearby, but it’s barely noticeable — it’s quiet at night with very little traffic. The town center is just a 5-minute walk away and has great restaurants and boat rental options. And of course, the view from the window is absolutely stunning — straight onto Lake Como, making you feel like you’re sailing on a ship.

AustraliaFantastic view & carefully decorated with an individual creative flair. One in a million property such a find. We would definitely stay again. We felt looked after. Also the owners organised Lauri a personal driver for us. He was absolutely fabulous, inexpensive & always reliable making our stay a truly memorable one. We also used the ferries but the queues can be long so Lauri came in very handy not only for short rides to & from the terminals but also for longer trips around the lake. He drove us on from Menaggio to Bergano stopping for lunch at Belano for a reasonable fee.

Very clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful (particularly Stefano and an English gentleman - sorry I can't remember your name) The private beach is just beautiful and so relaxing. The rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms a bit old fashioned but you don't really notice it because the facilities are so lovely. The view from our balcony was just stunning. Our room was small but had every comfort we could wish for: a clean bathroom, free toiletries, good airco, a comfortable bed, a mini fridge with complimentary water and a balcony with incredible views over the private beach and the lake. Rooms are right on the lake water, they have their own private beach. Rooms have a balcony, ours was right on the lake. The free breakfast was soo good it was something we looked forward to everyday.
