Everything was perfect ! the room was clean, cozy and comfy with loads of space and super well decorated ! Felt extremely safe as 2 female solo traveler's because of the safety measurers. Amazing building, felt like we were in a castle and the location is absolutely breathtaking, even went for a swim in the river after crossing the bridge. The breakfast was also really good and varied. Very clean and overall would come here again !

One of the best location away from the lake Como crowd. Spacious room, and one of the biggest bathroom I have seen in my 20 odd month vacation in Italy/Switzerland. And additionally, can't be more obliged with an unexpected help provided by the staff - they dropped us off in the rain to the nearest train station early in the morning on the day of our checkout. Thanks a lot for this small gesture of help !

Patricia was a wonderful host. She always made sure that all was good. The location of the place is just amazing. You have your own space at the lakeside. We used two SUPs to get into the water. There are a few alga close the place but not really a problem. If you like old, native italian (or rather venecian-english) buildings, this is it. There is a road next to the house we could handle it. Not too noisy. And the garden - wow. Very old Magnolias and a lot of space. The House is rented in two appartements. We were upstairs 6 persons and had enough room. The other section are two floors with wonderful interiors. I hope my rating was not too enthusiastic, so we still have a slot for us in the future :)
