The house is lovely and spotless, just a stone's throw from the lake! We were warmly welcomed right from the start by the owners, and they provided us with all the information for visiting the main attractions as well as typical restaurants. Very convenient parking 100 meters from the accommodation! Lake Como tour recommended! The guide was very skilled and very friendly!

This place is incredible. Everyone is extremely friendly, the service was incredible. I’m definitely coming back with more friends and family. It was worth the price. I ordered breakfast to the room and it was laid out beautifully. I can’t emphasise how amazing the staff were.

Beautiful old villa by the very lake with a private pier. The apartments are incredibly well designed, cosy and comfy. Garden and swimming pool is just beautiful! But having said the above- all that wouldn’t be a 10/10 hotel without it’s staff- competent, going an extra mile to help their guests and making stay at Domus Plinii really fantastic.

The location was perfect and great communication with Cinzia who was always attentive and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the big spacious bed. Loved the design . I would definitely stay there again.

We have been changing the arrival time and texted Cinzia 1 hour before arrival and when we arrived at the car park around the corner, Cinzia came personally to the car park to welcome us. The maisonette apartment is perfect for the two of us, it’s amazing beautiful and full of Cinzia’s great taste with very treasurable antique items. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a week or so, so as it’s kitchen. Cinzia also gave us great tips eating and exploring around the village. The absolute highlight is their private farm/beach/garden, absolutely stunning, figs, lemon, orange, pepper trees, just to make a few; you just get to swim in Lake Como with it all to yourself. It’s 20mins walk from the apartment but it worths it! We might stay at Cinzia‘s cottages in the garden or other apartments/house next time. Very much looking forward to return to this magical place, and nicest and most hospitable people! thank you so much Cinzia!

Everything. So. My husband and I had 3 days in this hotel celebrating my birthday. Location, staff, room, facilities, area of the hotel itself : everything is amazing. The hotel is located super close to the water with PERSONAL entrance to the lake and parking of the boat. Hotel personal prepared a booklet with a lot of useful info, shared a lot of contacts of renting a boat, closest restaraunts, schedule of buses and so on. It was SO COOL. We had a room 10, it was 2 floors Villa - bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Windows have a Moskitos nap (woohoo!!) , room has a fridge, coffee machine and so on. We even had a balcony with the best view we could imagine. Breakfast was included - fresh baked croissants , cheese, fruits, Jogurts and musli and something else. For sure coffee tea and juices Territory is beautiful. A lot of sofas, sunbeds, even a grill (for free, so we bought some lamb grill pieces upstairs in the Meat shop and baked it), sups, kayaks, everything was really nice, high quality and stylish. Room also had a conditioner, so it was perfect chill in the night. I would strongly recommend to visit Como and to stay in this hotel. I made really huge research - and for this price (not for 1.500 euro per night ….) you will never find anything better. It costs every cent.
